読めばわかりますが、脅迫紛いの文章だったりします。

「お前、ネットで著作権侵害するような違法なダウンロードしてるだろ。こっちはお前のネット接続を止めることが出来るんだ。嘘だと思うなら半年前からのログを添付してるから見てみやがれ」
こんな感じ。

実際にファイル（user-EA49943X-activities.zip）が添付されていますが、そこそこマトモなアンチウイルスソフトをきちんと入れてるのであればチェックされてるはずです。
「ICS Monitoring Team」でぐぐったり、アンチウイルスソフトのログなどを見ればわかりますが、どうやらトロイ（Pakes.AIJ/Trojan.Goldun）が添付されている模様。

まあ、日本人に英文による謎の警告が届いてもさっさと消されるのがほとんどだと思いますけど。
